i bought one a long time before it was going to be discontinued, i still have it, not a single scratch, works perfectly, tho i did have to remove the battery acid as an idiot left batteries in it. it works fine and i still have the software on my modern 64 bit laptop, happy that i can still use it.

Hi. I realized when doing a 90 degree turn after doing a straight move with the PID, it overturns and underturns. When I do PID after that it takes too long to correct when going straight. Is there any way I can make my PID and turns accurate together.

I want to ask if there is some fundamental difference between the mindstorms motors and the technics motors, apart from the rotation sensors in the mindstorms. I mean, do the mindstorms use stepper motors for example or are they just typical DC motors?
